It’s the little things.
But seriously, it’s the little things that count. I only lost 0.2lbs last Friday. I was so upset at first. But then I looked at my total weight loss, and those itty bitty 0.2lbs put me over losing 5lbs in three weeks. That means I have lost weight for three weeks consecutively. Sooner or later those 0.2, 0.8, 0.5 lbs are going to start adding up BIG. So yeah, it’s the little things that count. If I only lose 0.2 lbs again next week, I’m okay with that because it still means I’m losing weight, it still means I’m taking a step forward to a healthier me. It’s not gonna be easy and honestly, I don’t want this journey to be easy. Because everyone knows, the only things worth having are things you work for. I got this.
